WORTH READING

Now that the lending/sub prime/mortgage meltdown/financial crisis is well along and gaining speed daily, for todays Blog, I wanted to post some really good articles for you to read if you so choose. We have not seen the reality of what is going to happen as yet and will no doubt feel this mess for years to come.

I am not one who is a gloom and doomer, my business really is not bad at the moment and I am looking for a good 2008 because home prices are down and those who are qualified can and will buy.

I encourage you to read these articles if you are in mortgage lending or if you are not. I too have been writing and teaching on the Predatory Lenders and what would happen if they were left unchecked and now we are living it. The articles below are varied, I don’t agree with everything said, but they are worth reading. Perhaps when we are done with this cycle history will be less likely to repeat itself.
